In the 'Yoga Chill' session, the focus is on relaxation and stretching. In the afternoon you will be introduced to 'Yoga Intense', with a focus on inversions. Inversions are all yoga positions where the head is lower than the heart. These promote listening to your body, increase your energy and, above all, are fun to do.
